Jindalee Shield 2021

The Club hosted another successful Jindalee Shield competition on Monday 28 June 2021. It was a great example of what can be achieved through co-operation between the Men’s and Ladies’ Sections and, as usual, with the assistance of many volunteers.

The day was attended by 60 bowlers and the prizes sponsored by Seasons Seniors’ Living, Sinnamon Park and by Nobel Realtors, Corinda. The day raised in the vicinity of $1,200 plus raffle plus bar profit for our club. And an enjoyable day of bowls was had by all.

The highest score was Algester Team Two, well ahead of the Runner Up Jindalee Team One. Sue Hilton from Seasons presented the prize money.

Thanks to the many volunteers who made it a great day. It is amazing how many members are involved. To the participants – we look forward to seeing you again next year.
